Rent misol - rent, yn ogystal â chyfleustodau fel biliau treth, trydan ayb.
Blaendal cadw - wythnos o rent a fydd yn ffurfio rhan o’r taliad rent cyntaf i’r ymgeisydd llwyddiannus ac yn cael ei ad-dalu fel arall oni bai fod yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus yn tynnu’n ôl.
Blaendal sicrwydd - mis o rent s’yn cael ei gofrestru mewn cynllun diogelu blaendal sy’n cael ei gymeradwyo gan y llywodraeth a’i ddychwelyd yn llawn neu’n rhannol ar ddiwedd y denantiaeth gan ddibynnu ar gyflwr yr eiddo.
Taliadau eraill a ganiateir - yr unig ffioedd eraill a fydd o bosibl yn ddyledus i’n tenantiaid fydd y rheiny sy’n ffurfio iawndal e.e. amnewid goriadau coll, costau yn sgil torri cytundeb.

Monthly rent - rent plus utilities such as council tax and gas bills etc.
Holding deposit - a week’s rent which will contribute to the first month’s rent for the successful applicant and otherwise refunded (unless a successful applicant withdraws).
Security deposit -  a month’s rent which will be registered in a government approved deposit protection scheme and returned at the end of a tenancy - either in full or in part depending on the state of the property.
Other permitted payments - the only other fees our tenants may be faced with will be those classed as damages - for example, replacing lost keys or costs incurred due to breach of contract.
