Chose Susan on a recommendation and having become very frustrated with another estate agent. This is Susan's business and therefore she prides herself on the personal touch. Replies were prompt and helpful. Susan also worked hard on my behalf, the whole sale was easy and seamless, mainly due to Susans' work behind the scenes. Can't recommend her enough.
